What happens if I can't make it to the conference after I have purchased my ticket?
If you and/or your spouse are not able to attend event for which you are registered for, you may substitute another person in your place at any time with no penalty. If you wish to cancel your registration fourteen business days or more before the event, you will receive a complete refund. No refunds will be issued to any registration cancelled thirteen business days or less before the event.
You may also transfer your registration to a future ONE Extraordinary Marriage event at least three days prior to the event you were initially attending.
There are 3 different seat types available at all ONE Conferences: Premium, Reserved and General Admission. Those folks who choose Premium and Reserved will be seated closest to the stage. Premium and Reserved seats have an empty seat between each couple to give the two of you more privacy during Couple Time. Additionally during Couple Time, as Tony and Alisa have time to walk the room they will spend most of their time in the Premium and Reserved sections.
There is a Chik-fil-a box lunch option that will be served at the conference location.
After the conference there is a limited seating VIP Dinner option. This will be held at a location offsite. During this dinner reception attendees will have the opportunity to connect with Tony & Alisa as well as others in the ONE family. Both options can be chosen during registration.
